The Conference will be take place at the UNESCO headquarters from Monday 29 June 2009 to Friday 3 July 2009. UNESCO is located at 7, Place de Fontenoy in the 7th "arrondissement" close to metro stations Ségur (line 10) and Cambronne (line 6).

Traveling to and staying in Paris

The Meeting is open to all scientists interested in the subject. Participants wishing to attend the Meeting should register in time by sending the registration form by regular mail (see here) and specifying their full names, position, Institution and address.

Meeting will take place at the UNESCO headquarters from 29 june to 3rd july 2009.

IMPORTANT : We are not booking hotels for participants. Hotel booking is at your own discretion.

VISA

Visitors from many countries do not require a visa to enter in France but you should check with your travel agent.
Participants who do require a visa should allow plenty of time for your application to be processed.
To request a visa letter, you must have registered and submitted an abstract already.
By email you must also contact the secretary of the conference (see page Contact) and indicate how do you wish us to send the letter, by regular Mail, by Fax, or by Email.
Your abstract will be reviewed by the scientific organizing committee and a letter sent if it is approved.

Visiting Paris

 

You can visit in Paris its classical landmarks Museums as the Louvre, Orsay, Picasso, Rodin and many others. In addition, some outstanding temporary expositions are held at the dates of the meeting. It is convenient to make reservations to visit in advance.
